The Center for Aquatic Nuisance Species (CANS) is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization. Our work, including our websites - this one and the Clean Angling Pledge - and our newsletter, the Clean Angling News, depend on donations from many different individuals to support our efforts. As an IRS-approved non-profit group, all donations to CANS are tax deductible.
We are not currently set up to accept on line donations directly through our website. Therefore, we have teamed with Paypal to accept and process donations for us. Paypal is a long-established company that processes hundreds of thousands of transactions each day, and dealing with them is the quickest and safest possible way for us to accept money via the Internet.
